Phil is a Bothell native including being a graduate of Jackson High School where he met his wife Leah Painter. Phil and Leah recently celebrated the birth of their second child, Matthew who is a brother to his older sibling, Isaiah, age 2.

Hi enjoys building high trust relationships with his client’s in order to better understand their mortgage needs.
