WE have combined the benefits of the only green organic hair and nail salon in Northern NM, where they care about your hair and your health, with the experienced and caring Pilates method as taught by Phil Cohen, a teacher of 13 years experience. Phil has taught for many years at a busy studio where he encountered a wide variety of clients with different goals and challenges. He has been instructor for people aged 13-90 and is very sensitive to the individual needs of his clients. He combines a patient and supportive demeanor with extensive knowledge of the Pilates method due to his top flight training and practical experience teaching.

Phil has helped countless people reach for their goals of a healthy body and mind. Many back, shoulder and neck issues have been alleviated, and indeed, he has worked with many individuals who have had joint replacements, with great success. His favorite part of teaching is seeing his clients gain strength and then confidence after working with him. If you thought you couldn't, think again.
