Hello Summerville,
My name is Jim Tiso and I moved to Charleston about 25 years ago from Philly (Lower Bucks County really). I have worked in restaurants my whole life, all I ever wanted to do is cook. The past ten years I have run my family’s Pizza shop in West Ashley… Which I created along with my sister and brother-in law & some very talented people through out the years. But now it is time for a “new guy” to challenge the old guard here in Summerville. I am bringing my years of experience and creativity to a Town in need of something new; yet familiar. Along with my Beautiful wife Ann Marie who will be here at my side; when not running after our four kids… We pledge to you: to use quality meats and cheeses, fresh veggies and Amoroso Rolls from Philadelphia. We also will be making our own meatballs, sausage links, roasting our own turkey and pork as well. I will not compromise quality.
