Phil's Auto And Tire Service has been servicing the Carlisle area since 1988. Owner Phil and his wife Teresa live locally in Carlisle. Together they have raised five children and are actively involved in the Carlisle community. Phil is ASE certified and a master technician. He is a former president of the Carlisle Chamber of Commerce.

Phil's Auto And Tire Service is a member of the Better Business Bureau and has been named the Carlisle Chamber of Commerce business of the year. Phil Wilcher has been a three-time finalist for the Napa/ASE Technician of the Year award. They invest in extensive and ongoing automotive training to stay current and serve your auto repair and safety needs better.

We are a full-service repair shop. We do major and minor repairs for all makes and models of cars.
