Here at PHIT PHUEL we provide you with healthy gourmet meals while you provide the results.

We focus on using quality ingredients, high antioxidant spices for a boost on your metabolism on all your meals, low sodium and making each meal balanced within its macros.

We have two portion sizes available, Traditional and Athlete.
Our traditional size is focused for those with weight loss in mind and also for maintaining a certain weight.
Our Athletes portion is for those with labor intense jobs and/or work out regularly.

We have a customized way of ordering meaning that your options are not limited as to how many meals to order. For each dish, you have the option of ordering in bulks of 5 (traditional or athletes) which is for those that dont mind eating the same thing every day. It is also more economical when you order this way.
You also have the option of ordering each dish in quantities of one (traditional and athlete portion)
This is perfect for those that want to not only eat something different every day but its also a great way to try out all of our dishes.

Deadline for orders are Thursday's by 11:59 pm.
We have 3 pick up locations (east, northeast and central) which you will choose from the location drop down menu.
