Pho Mai is modernly founded in 2010 but our untarnished, deep Vietnamese rooted, and traditional ways of cooking has been a timeless custom that has been past down through generations of family for countless years. We are a family ran restaurant and the love and fine craft we put in to making your food is brought out in every dish we serve and we hope you are able to sense this in every bite you take.

Dine early for breakfast or come join us at later hours because unlike many traditional Pho restaurants we have extended our hours until as late as 10:00pm everyday. Also more rewarding than most Pho houses we have a larger selection in our menu filled with different styles of noodles and rice plates, not to mention our special house dishes as well.

As a culture in general, we Vietnamese are a feisty group. Get us together in a room and we'll debate endlessly over the north and south of our politics, the clashes of our history, the contradictions of our culture.

BUT mention Pho (pronounced "fuh") -- our beloved beef noodle soup -- and immediately our differences vanish. Our eyes shine, our faces beam. All of a sudden we've become an agreeable family with a love for one another that's as strong, compelling and reassuring as the beefy steam that billows and curls from a bowl of Pho. Our mission statement is to also bring our customers together in the same way in a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere with fresh fine foods whether it be a classic bowl of Pho or one of our many other authentic dishes.
