Trish Lewis-Clark, FAADOM, is the Dental and Medical Detective. She has worked in the front office and as a CDA, RDA-EF for over 27 years and understands the struggle of “the front vs. the back." As a coach and speaker, she trains teams to develop conversational skills that improve communication with patients and other office team members. This essential part of your practice can lead to increased productivity and bring harmony to your practice.

Trish is also a published author, having written articles for the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM), and The Observer. As an active, lifetime member, AADOM Ambassador and Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (FAADOM), Trish was honored to be awarded the 2014 AADOM Office Manager of Distinction . She recently launched the first AADOM Chapter in the Lowcountry of South Carolina and Georgia and currently serves as Chapter President.

Her years of experience as an office manager and dental assistant led her to create her consulting company “Phoenix Solutions of the Lowcountry” and her program “ Dental Detective” that offers a common sense approach to help teams strengthen leadership, overcome in office challenges, improve communication skills, increase profitability and growth and help you work smarter, not harder.
