Phoenix Tire

For over 30 years, Phoenix Tire has enjoyed the steady growth of both our client base and of the products and services we provided. Established in 1972, the supply of Firestone medium truck tires to our wholesale customers was our initial focus. The company grew to include commercial tire sales.

In 1983, the introduction of 24-hour mobile service trucks reshaped the nature of the Phoenix Tire. We found success providing to our commercial customers the natural combination of service and product. This combination continues to be in high demand, and therefore remains the foundation of today's success.


We have initiated several business ventures to support this base. Wholesale divisions in both Phoenix and Albuquerque and a Phoenix retread plant were established as complimentary entities. Phoenix Tire found profit from these companies both during their years of operation and at the times each were individually spun-off.

The introduction of our mechanical division in 2003, further complimented our tire services by providing to our customers a vendor for all maintenance issues.

Phoenix Tire is presently in the middle of transition into our third generation of family ownership. Our focus on customer service and customer satisfaction keeps us in touch with the path that has brought Phoenix Tire to this point; and more importantly, guides the organization into a promising future.
