Pi Kappa Alpha at Stetson University

This is the official Facebook page for the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity (Delta Upsilon chapter) at Stetson University.

Pi Kappa Alpha was founded at the University of Virginia on March 1, 1868 by 6 men: Robertson Howard, Julian Edward Wood, James Benjamin Sclater Jr, Frederick Southgate Taylor, Littleton Waller Tazewell Bradford, and William Alexander.

Our mission is to develop men of integrity, intellect, and high moral character, while fostering a lifelong fraternal experience. Our values are based upon the principle of SLAG: Scholar, Leader, Athlete, and Gentleman. We are devoted to enriching our members' academic endeavors, fostering leadership through real life experience, promoting physical activity and conditioning, and striving for friendliness and courtesy.

Since rechartering in 2010, PIKE has grown to one of the largest fraternities and student organizations on campus, as well as gaining much recognition from our national headquarters. Our members continue to be heavily active in other organizations on campus as well, participating in such organizations as ROTC, Resident Assistants, Stetson Varsity and many others. In addition, many of our members are Division I NCAA athletes on the football and track teams.

Our chapter has been recognized with several awards since chartering, most recently the "Most Involved" award in the spring of 2016! We've also been recognized recently for our improved GPA, our hand-crafted backyard, and our Fraternity House (which has recently undergone major renovations)!
