Pic-A-Fay Joint Fire District is a volunteer Fire District, covering the Village of New Holland, Perry Township in Pickaway County and the Southern two thirds of Marion Township in Fayette County. The District responds to approximately 100 to 150 calls per year. The District is governed by a three member board, one each appointed by each political sub-division that it covers.

The Fire District responds to calls for help with neighboring Fire Departments and provides assistance as needed to Fayette County EMS.

The Pic-A-Fay Joint Fire District is a public entity created in 2001 under ORC 505.37. The Fire Board meets every month on the second Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. for the monthly business meeting.
