Farm Bureau is a grass-roots member-based organization of 214,000 members across the state. You don’t need to be a farmer to join. In fact, most of our members are not farmers. The organization is arranged by county, with each county governed by a volunteer board, which develops an annual county agenda.
We represent our farmer and consumer members on important legislative issues, such as renewable fuels, private property rights, farmland preservation, wildlife control and more. We strive to keep consumers connected to producers and local farmers in business.
