My name is Piers Lamb and I am a real estate agent at Tiger Prop in Boise, Idaho. I was the first agent ever hired at Tiger Prop, and was also one of the first Tiger Prop customers!….Here's how it all happened. I was at the Co-Op one day when I ran into one of my favorite people on the planet named Max Coursey. I knew Max was a Realtor, and I also knew that we wanted to sell our beloved home on 16th street in the Northend because we had just purchased a new home on the bench. I went up to Max and told him our situation and he responded by telling me that he had this awesome new business model for Real Estate that saved his sellers THOUSANDS of dollars. This was music to my ears because I had already done the math and realized that a good 25% of our profit from the past 9 years was supposed to go to realtors if we went with a 6% brokerage. At the time, I was the Director of Student Life at Foothills School of Arts and Sciences, but was also working on a Master's degree…..but had always been fascinated with Real Estate. We met with Max a week later and he told us about his new business model. My jaw was on the ground and the wheels were turning….rapidly. I thought to myself….."this guy's got something here….I need to become a realtor and jump on board with him!" So..to make a long story shorter, Max listed our house, sold it in 7 days, saved us over $5000.00, and sold me on the Tiger Prop business model. Two months later I was a full time Tiger Prop agent and closed over 15 transactions in my first year. The second year I closed 28 transactions, and so on!
My continued success comes from a business model that truly saves SELLERS thousands of dollars by NEVER CHARGING 6% yet providing a "Top Shelf" marketing platform with Professional Photography, Professional Home Staging Consultation, Color Flyers, MLS advertising etc. Our awesome business model also puts 20% of my commission in my BUYER'S pockets instead of a Fruit Basket! That's right….if I help a BUYER (free of charge of course) purchase a home for let's say $250k, I will GIVE them $1500.00!!! In addition to helping my clients save money, I also love working with people, and feel like I become close friends with all of my clients. I also work extremely hard and do my best to always be available for my clients.
I have a wonderful wife and 3 beautiful children. When I'm not selling homes, you will find me telemark skiing, racing my mountain bike all around the Northwest, running in the foothills, playing Ice Hockey and soccer, or shuttling my kids around to different sports practices.
