Pike Block

The Pike Block project comprises four adjacent downtown Syracuse buildings; the Chamberlin, Witherill, Wilson and Bond buildings in what is called the "Heart of Downtown". VIP Development Associates plans to develop 130,000 sq. ft. of residential and retail space. The residential space will total 78 one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments. Retail space is planned for the street level in all buildings with interesting retail opportunities available in the proposed courtyard that will open a connection between Clinton and Salina streets. The Pike Block project will serve as a link between two existing historic districts.
