Irsten is a certified pilates instructor and has been instructing men and women of all ages for many years. She has helped competitive gymnasts, dancers, and other local athletes refine their bodies, improve their performance, and better their chances of staying healthy. Whether you are young on old, athletic or not, in shape or out of shape, Kirsten can help you meet your excercise goals and improve how you feel and look.
Because class sizes are small, you will get hte individual attention necessary to learn proper form and technique. As you improve your strength and flexibility, she will alster your workouts to challenge you both physically and mentally.
Beyond her pilates certification, Kirsten attends annual pilates conventions and clinics so that she is current on all the latest techniques and practices. Pilates Body by Kirsten is a state of the art studio with top of the line equipment.

Mindy Sager has been a licensed massage therapist since 2009 and has worked everywhere from spas to chiropractors. Her broad experiences allows her to take the best of both worlds and customize each massage to truly meet the client's needs.
