Pilates Fit Studio

I am a southern California native and have had a love for movement since I was five years old and stepped into my first gymnastics class. I excelled as a competitive gymnast, cheerleader, and swimmer through high school.

I graduated from Arizona State University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Communication and began my Classical Pilates studies in 2005 with Peak Pilates. In 2012, I furthered my education with the internationally renowned, Pilates Center of Boulder, where I received my Advanced Teacher Training certification, under Rachel Taylor Segal and Amy Taylor Alpers.

I have had the opportunity to teach classical Pilates to private clients, small groups, and in corporate settings in San Diego, Scottsdale, Dallas, and Oklahoma City while my husband fulfilled his duties as a pilot in the Air Force. I have also written a guest article in the Reader Platform for Pilates Style Magazine, was featured in fitness clips for Blink Energy Water, and was an adjunct professor for the Department of Exercise and Sport Science at Oklahoma City University.

Today, I reside in Louisville with my husband, son, and two dogs. I teach in my home studio, as a guest instructor on location, and in corporate settings.

As your Pilates instructor, I am dedicated in my teaching to maintaining the original integrity of Joseph Pilates’ system of exercise by teaching Classical Pilates. I enjoy seeing the changes my clients can make in their bodies, and the wonderful feeling they get from performing the method.

It is my mission to help people achieve happiness with a strong body and a healthy lifestyle.
