I teach private Pilates sessions incorporating all of the Pilates equipment(chair, reformer and Cadillac and Trapeze table)which helps you strengthen through stretch. All equipment has different spring tension options which makes each session truly unique.
Release work is also an important part of my teaching because everyone has stress and tension somewhere in his/her connective tissue(Fascia) and correct movement can not happen with this tension and gripping in the tissue.
My mentor, Cassie Marie Herdt taught me targeted Release work and I know from personal experience that this is the only way you can have "true strength" with balanced muscle movement.
