Fusion's style of Pilates and Barre classes are both created to tone and strengthen the entire body by blending basic elements of ballet, along with strength training, and proper breath control. Exercises are performed at the barre and on the mat, with the use of dumbbells, Pilates ring, body weight, etc. All classes are fun, with upbeat music and personal attention. Approx. 6-8 students per class maximum. Private and semi-private classes are available.
