Pilates is a total conditioning program, working from the inside out, focusing on the core muscles. This tones the whole body giving it a longer, leaner look. Blending strength and flexibility, as well as bringing mind and body awareness together.
Angela Curran, owner, certified in Pilates through the Physical Mind Institute, she studied with Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty of Yogaworks. More recently, with Master Teacher Julian Littleford based in Del Mar, California.
