We offer Gentle Yoga classes for relaxation and rejuvenation as well as more active strength-building classes, including traditional yoga classes (Yoga) and flowing classes (Flowing Yoga). For these classes, the studio is heated or cooled to a pleasant temperature. We also offer Hot Yoga classes which are detoxifying and provide a full body workout that will invigorate your body and mind.
