Pilot's Choice Aviation, Inc, is a Part 61 and an FAA approved Part 141 Flight School, which is the highest accreditation a flight school can have. For over 27 years Pilot's Choice has offered a warm, friendly atmosphere that helps make training more relaxed and enjoyable. On-site classrooms and study areas are quiet and comfortable. Pilot's Choice has always believed that outstanding instruction and quality facilities and equipment will help ensure that the student receives the maximum knowledge, proficiency, skill and safety required in pilot training. That is why graduates from Pilot's Choice are readily hired as instructors. Students come to fly for a variety of reasons: some for pleasure, some for business, others to qualify as an airline pilot. That is why our flight instruction is structured to each individual's needs. We are proud of our Commercial Pilots now working for Air France, American Airlines, Continental, United Airlines, US Air, American West, Southwest, UPS, Delta and several commuter airlines.

Currently we are the largest Flight School in Central Texas. Pilot's Choice has a fleet of 15 airplanes for rental and instruction, 6 instructors that provide superior instruction and 2 mechanics to keep the equipment in quality condition. Also available: reasonable lodging in our furnished four-plex that has been used by many students that have come to fly from all over the world.

Georgetown, Texas is located thirty miles north of Austin. One of the state's historical cities, Georgetown was founded in the 1840's along the banks of the clear San Gabriel River. Its central location provides convenient access to major metropolitan centers such as Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The weather in Central Texas ranks among the top areas in the nation for the most VFR flying days per year. This part of Texas is the place where the good old summertime is long and lazy.
