Our Personal Chef and Catering services feature modern, made from scratch, Italian and French inspired cuisine. We prefer a little olive oil over butter and cream, and lots of fresh herbs and vegetables over heavy sauces. Whether it is a rustic-style buffet or a multi-course plated meal, we strive for elegant simplicity in all things.

Whenever possible, our products are locally sourced and in season. We value relationships with local farmers however, we also insist on authenticity. Our Parmigiano Reggiano cheese only comes from Italy, our saffron is from artisan producers in Spain, and we source the best olive oil from small-batch producers in Italy.
