Orders ship via USPS within 3 days of purchase.

Return Policy:

Refund to Credit Card:

Unworn/unaltered merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the day you receive your package.
Refunds will be processed on the same card used for the original transaction

Online Store Credit:

Merchandise may be returned for online store credit within 30 days of the day you receive your package.

An online code will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.

Credit may also be used on FB orders.

Gift Certificates
All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are FINAL.
Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and the original tags must be attached. Items must not have makeup or deodorant stains.

To Make Your Return:

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Send your package back to us via the most economical method of your choice. Please note your tracking number from your label.
Please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
Complete the Return Form (see below) and include it in the box with the items you are returning.
Once your package is received please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will be emailed a notification once your return is received.

Exchanges:

We are unable to offer exchanges due to the limited quantities available. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and sending back any return items to be processed for online store credit.
Problems With Your Order:

If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt.

Changing Or Canceling Your Order:

Please contact us immediately if you would like to change or cancel your order. We can only modify your order prior to processing.
