The downstairs features another family room with a pull-out sofa bed. There are 2 additional bedrooms downstairs - one with a queen bed and the other features bunk beds (twin on top, full size on the bottom and a twin trundle) as well as another full bathroom. In the garage, there are 4 adult-size cruiser bikes, darts, and a foosball table. Outside, the front porch wraps around the side and features a hot tub. Below the deck in the back there is a hammock and a picnic table.
