Brewers, Matthew and Dennis, first met as members of the Dunedin Brewers Guild — a homebrew club in northern Pinellas county. By winning many state and national homebrew competitions, both Matthew and Dennis quickly became known as “top dogs” within the club, and in the country. After several years brewing award-winning beers, Matthew and Dennis decided to follow their passions and open a brewery in St. Petersburg, Florida – one of the best beer cities in the world (the best, if you ask us!).

Opening a brewery is a challenging endeavor; but it’s a challenge that Matthew and Dennis accepted with open arms. After a year-long process of restoring a historic auto-body shop in the Grand Central district of St. Pete, the guys opened their doors in January of 2016. Initially working on a 1 barrel brewhouse, the 15 barrel brewhouse came into production a few months later allowing the guys to brew more beer and expand their operating hours.

Today Mathew and Dennis spend their days dedicated to brewing world-class beers of the highest quality standards. They do this to give their patrons a great beer experience, and to give their city a brewery that they can be proud to call their own.
