Pines at Southridge

Our Studio Homes start at $399-$460 ($300 deposit), and one bedroom apartments at $499-$564 ($300 deposit). Our two bedroom apartments start at $600-$660 ($400 deposit) and we also have 3 bedrooms starting at $765-$790 ($600 deposit). Rent rates are based on location and appliance upgrades. To qualify you must complete an application, have at least one year of rental history or own your own home, have proof of income, be over 18 years of age, and have no felonies. A non-refundable administrative & screening fee of $50 per applicant.
Each home offers spacious floor plans with full size washer/dryer. We are within the Tahlequah Public Schools district, close proximity to Muskogee Highway, downtown Tahlequah, and Northeastern State University (NSU). Shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment, and KATZ routes are all close by. Some of our amenities include two outdoor saltwater pools, tanning bed, and a wonderful fitness center and lounge.
We do allow two pets per apartment. The pet must be under 25 lbs. We do charge a $300 non-refundable pet deposit per pet, as well as a $10 per pet fee for rent.
No utilities are included in rent. Water/Sewer/Trash/Electric is a combined bill from TPWA (Tahlequah Public Works).
