MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS

STOCKHOLDING REGULAR MEMBER

: All the privileges of the Club, including golf, golf cart ownership, shed rental, pool, and clubhouse. These members have voting privileges. There is a $1,000.00 initiation fee that is non-refundable and non-transferable, plus the prevailing dues, food and beverage minimum and assessments.


ASSOCIATE MEMBER
: This is a membership classification for new members wishing to join PWCC but who do not wish to pay the full $1,000.00 initiation fee up front. This classification allows such members to pay an initiation fee of $250.00 then they may pay a minimum fee of $25.00 per month until the $1,000.00 requirement is met. At that point, the member becomes a stockholding member. The Associate shall have all privileges of the Stockholding member except voting rights during this payout period. He will also pay the prevailing monthly dues, prevailing food and beverage minimum and assessments applicable to stockholders. Current Associate members may convert to Stockholding membership or remain associate members.


BUSINESS/CORPORATE MEMBER
: Upon approval of the Board of Directors such membership can be granted subject to the following limitations: no more than five persons shall be issued membership, and none shall have been members of the Club prior to approval. Each person using such membership will be issued a membership according to the category of membership desired. The business or corporate name under which membership is granted shall pay 50 percent of the initiation fee for each membership desired, and are subject to the same dues, food and beverage minimums and assessments as applicable to the selected membership category, but will have no voting privileges. Individual's memberships under such business or corporation are transferable. The business or corporation purchasing such membership shall be liable for all dues, charges, and assessments of its members.


JUNIOR ASSOCIATE MEMBER
: Any person between the ages of 21 and 34 can receive all the privileges of an associate member with the following exception: no cart shed rental. There is a $250.00 initiation fee that is non-refundable and non-transferable. Such members will be subject to the prevailing dues, the prevailing food and beverage minimum and one-half of the assessments of stockholders. Upon age 35 members must convert membership to either a full stockholder or associate member and pay the remainder of the prevailing initiation fee and dues. Such member who fails to convert will be automatically terminated.


SOCIAL MEMBER
: Shall have the privileges of the clubhouse, dining room and pool. Social members may play golf provided they pay the prevailing green fees. Social members will have no voting privileges. There is a $250.00 initiation fee that is non-refundable and non-transferable. Such members will be subject to the prevailing dues, food and beverage minimum and one-third of assessments applicable to stockholders.


DINING MEMBER
: Shall have the privileges of the clubhouse and dining room only. No voting privileges and no use of any other club facility is allowed. There is a $250.00 initiation fee that is non-refundable and non-transferable. Such members will be subject to prevailing dues and assessments but not food and beverage minimums.


OUT-OF-COUNTY MEMBER
: Persons who do not have a permanent residence within Nacogdoches County shall be eligible. Such persons shall be entitled to the same privileges as an associate member at the prevailing initiation fee, dues, food and beverage minimum and assessments applicable to stockholders.
