Getting started at Pinnacle Fitness includes an initial “Success Session” where we gather all the information we need to help you reach your health and fitness goals including an extensive health history and exercise history.
As part of your custom, personal training program you will receive a weekly schedule with specific objectives designed just for you. So, even when you’re not here with us, you'll know exactly what you need to do to be successful.
We take all the guess work out of your training and weight management routine.
