PinnacleCare Private Health Advisory was founded by John Hutchins, an innovator in the development of health management systems at the VIP services level, and Bruce Spector, a successful entrepreneur with extensive experience launching, operating and growing start-up ventures. Hutchins conceptualized and created the first international patient program for dignitaries and business leaders at the Cleveland Clinic. Later, he initiated the international program at Johns Hopkins Hospital, currently ranked the number one hospital by U.S. News and World Report. Spector funded and led Benchmark Holdings to substantial growth in the cable television and broadcasting industry.

In response to the strong demand for quality health management and solutions to supplement a system driven by cost control, these two health care visionaries set out to bring the highest level of expertise and service to health care management. Capitalizing on a team of professionals with over 100 years of combined experience, they founded PinnacleCare Private Health Advisory.
