we hand craft every part of all our food and sauces.we take time in our smoked meats,(14hrs ) - either maple,mesquite apple,or hickory in either dry or what we call wet(sauce basted to a caramelized crust - which includes our mouth watering beef brisket, full and half racks of fall off the bone beef and pork,pulled shred pork/beef, flavor dripping moist tender full/quartered/shredded chicken and our new to the menu,, savory smoked tuna,salmon, and halibut (in season only) all our meats are grade A aged USDA organic fed and picked fresh from out butcher. we also smoke game meats upon request and can either be ordered with or without our sandwich style buns. our sides include our fresh out of the garden slaw, corn on the cob(grilled or brown sugar) steamed, fresh home style mashed potatoes and gravy, ranch hand beans,fries and weekly changing deserts. we are a catering food vendor and will come to you.all orders will be accepted only on our face book page.
