Pitt County District Attorney's Office

Our office has the responsibility of prosecuting criminal offenses occurring in Pitt County. It is the duty of this office to represent the State with integrity professionalism, while protecting victims and their rights, in the pursuit of justice.

Our elected district attorney is Kimberly S. Robb and she, along with her Assistant District Attorneys are assigned to handle criminal court matters.

We also have a team of Victim/Witness Assistants to assist victims in the court process, answer questions and also assist the District Attorney and Assistant District Attorneys.
