My name is Daniel. I come from a long family of Blue Collar workers. My father and uncles were in the construction industry their entire lives. I tried the whole go to college and get a "good job" route, but that wasn't for me either. I was always fascinated by the restaurant industry. While I was in college I was also working at a Pizzeria to pay for school. I took a huge interest in how the business was ran. I learned about the different roles and moving parts of the restaurant industry. I quickly figured out what I wanted to do. I immersed myself in learning the most I could about the pizza business. After a few years of working for that pizzeria, I decided to open my own restaurant and use my own recipes to bring great tasting pizza to those around me. So Pizza Trenders was born!
