Plates Café and Plates2go are proud partners of the Farm to Fork movement. We work with regional farmers, dairies, bakeries and ranchers to provide you with fresh, sustainable ingredients. Our dressings, sauces and spreads are all house-made. Your meal is made to order and packaged in earth-friendly materials. Together, we work towards a more sustainable future.

On the first Thursday of every month, we host a Guest Chef Dinner, where we work with critically acclaimed chefs and wineries to put on a four course meal to remember. Guest Chef Dinners are an opportunity to share the importance of the Plates program with members of our community, and to introduce local restaurants and chefs to the talents of our Volunteer Learners.
