Play'nfield in the Park Performing Arts Festival

Play'nfield in the Park, presented by Hendricks Regional Health, is Plainfield's FREE performing arts festival starting at 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 29. It features Live performances on the Citizens Bank Stage from bands of The Launch Pad (many of them Plainfield-based), The Children's Ballet, and The Biz, and later there will be a special performance of "Twentieth Century," a classic American play, at 7 p.m. at the Hummel Park Amphitheatre. "Twentieth Century" is a Hendricks Civic Theater Production, which is presented by The Town of Plainfield. The day has a little something for everyone, including the State Bank of Lizton Kids Zone with some carnival games along with information about The Children's Ballet, The Biz, and other performing arts related groups. Back by Popular Demand are beer and wine vendors, and don't forget about the delicious offerings from a few Food Trucks that will be available. Bring your blankets, and chairs and enjoy an evening performance of "Twentieth Century" guaranteed to be full of fun!
