Born and raised in the caribbean to parents who are both cosmetologist. Moved to the Los Angeles, C.A just before her teens. After graduating high school, Ashantoy found an interest in photography and started Playtime Photography while she attended Marinello School of Beauty. She later graduated with a perfect record, winning EVERY competition 1st place and right away received her cosmetology license. Since then Ash has taken and combined everything she learned in her young age, at her parents salon and at cosmetology school. She has fine tuned her photography with hair and makeup and has now formulated techniques of her own. Working as a freelance artist Ash creates for weddings, photo shoots, red carpet and fashion shows but most importantly for the every day person who just want to look and feel beautiful. Besides making a name for her self in the beauty and photography industry at only 25, she is also a fashion designer, image consultant, graphic designer and more!

She is now married to her wonderful husband, second shooter and business partner Michael. Working in both California and Illinois. Ashantoy is an artist at heart mind and soul. This is not just her profession, it is her passion!
