Pleasant Plains Township is a civil township of Lake County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 1,535 at the 2000 census.GeographyAccording to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 35.3sqmi, of which 34.7sqmi is land and 0.6sqmi (1.62%) is water.CommunitiesForman was an unincorporated community centered on a lumber mill.
