My name is Terrie Hoover from Columbus Ohio.
I was a hot mess before Plexus Slim! I have been using Plexus Slim since December 2013. I absolutely Love and stand behind Plexus. Since taking Plexus Slim I have energy, a positive outlook on life, my blood pressure, Cholesterol and thyroid levels are within normal limits and my IBS and acid reflex no longer exist! I have lost 30 pounds in 14 weeks with Plexus Slim, Probio 5 and XFactor.
I was diagnosed with Graves Disease in 2006. I was over 310 pounds because I was misdiagnosed for years and usually I weighed 125 pounds.
The struggles and symptoms I had with my thyroid problem before Plexus included:
1) Loss of energy/chronic fatigue – why because your thyroid is what gives you energy keeps you warm and raises your metabolism.
2) Gluten Free Diets- Gluten increases our thyroid antibodies and it tears up our guts.
3) IBS and Acid reflex – The thyroid plays a key role in absorption of nutrients in your stomach.
4) High Cholesterol- because a healthy thyroid breaks down fat so you can eliminate excess cholesterol and triglycerides
5) Weight gain – due to the down-regulated metabolism of our hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism.
6) Mood Swings- because we have cortisol problems that make life harder to cope with. It also affects our ability to cope with life. It Angers us, we become super sensitive, act paranoid, and be defensive.
7) Discomfort/Fibromyalgia – poor treatment and misdiagnosis from Doctors leads to chronic inflammation = chronic pain in some of us. This happens to the bottom of our feet, our back, our calves, hips, in our wrists (carpel Tunnel) and body aches all over “Fibromyalgia”.
8) Dependent on thyroid medicine- I underwent a radiation treatment and it “killed” my thyroid. The medication sometimes doesn’t work or gets worse the longer we are on it.
9) Memory loss, brain fog, dry skin and hair, hair thinning, lower immune state and so much more. This barley touches the surface of what is going on with our bodies.
I prayed to find a product that could help me get my life back. I started my Plexus Journey two weeks before I had a total hysterectomy. And the results are amazing!
The Lord lead me to Plexus and all of the life changing progress it has made in my physical and emotional health! I am so blessed to have my life back! I have four girls and two grandchildren! I’m going to be the coolest/hippest Grannie in town!
Someone else may start out faster than you, may seem to progress more quickly than you but your journey is your journey. It’s not a competition. Do not give up! We can watch your journey and support you but we cannot do it for you!
