WHAT IS Plus xCHANGE?

Designed for plus size women, BBW xChange is the preferred store of conscious, spending savvy fashionista. We welcome and sell the latest styles and brands in gently used casual, business, lingerie, formal, bridal, shoes and accessories. Unlike consignment, we give you store credit upfront for items we’re able to accept. It’s a WIN-WIN! You save 50%, de-clutter, stretch your shopping budget & we get new pieces for other fashionistas like you. How awesome is that?

WE CREDIT YOU ON THE SPOT!

No Consignment. We give you credit for items selected toward 50% purchase. For example, if you brought items worth $100, you may purchase up to $200 worth in the store & receive 50% off you purchase. Credit can be used at once, or in installments, at any time and it never expires. It’s that simple.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

YOUR BEST PIECES PLEASE! Clothing & Shoes must be in excellent condition, in current style (no more than 3 years), freshly laundered, on hangers or neatly folded in boxes. No bags please!

HOW MUCH CREDIT DO YOU GET? PRICE POLICY

Bearing in mind that we are resale and our goal is to remain as affordable as possible, we normally credit up to 35-50% of the resale value. That is industry standard. Prices are based on demand, style, condition, and brand. Not all items are accepted due to inventory levels, past experience and condition.

DO YOU CONSIGN?

Unfortunately, we do not consign with single individuals at this time. However, if you would like to host a group fundraising project at our store, we will gladly assist you with consigning. BBW takes the burden off of you, by purchasing your items outright, through a store credit. You no longer have to wait for an item to sell to enjoy the profit. And if an item does not sell, we take the loss, not you.

WHAT BRANDS DO WE TAKE?

We specialize in designer brands in demand, apparel, accessories, shoes, jewelry & handbags. Some of these brands include: Torrid, Forever 21, Old Navy, J. Jill, Lane Bryant, Avenue, Ashley Stewart, Catherine’s, Maggie Barnes, Liz & Me, Susan Graver, Cacique, Calvin Klein, Worthington, Coach, Michael Kors, Luis Vuitton and other national brands. We do not accept WalMart, Target, Kmart or any discount brands at this time.

DO YOU ACCEPT DONATIONS?

Yes, we do & very much welcome them. The clothes we are unable to use, we graciously pass to the women in our community and abroad that can use them.

BBW takes pride in helping to dress women in transition. Those who may need a little "pump-up", or simply a new outfit for a job interview. We are proud sponsors of Dress for Success of Greater Orlando, Seminole County Women’s Jail, as well as a local church that sends containers filled with clothes to Haiti. In addition, we often donate directly to our fashionistas in need. All donations and BBW xChange unsold inventory goes directly to these causes. BBW xChange is committed to supporting local women in, Seminole, Orange, Volusia and the surrounding counties as well as deserving women abroad.

DO YOU BUY OUTRIGHT?
Occasionally buy items outright for a quick and easy transaction. This depends on cash flow & fund availability. You make less than with in-store credit; however, some fashionistas prefer the instant gratification. Please note: we are only interested in buying high-end accessories and designer clothing.
