The PTA is an organization made up of parents, teachers, and staff who are interested in enhancing our children's learning experience. Being associated with the state and national PTA provides us with advantages such as tax-free benefits, workshops, literature and fundraising ideas. The PTA is one of our most important organizations at PSMS. This group of involved and dedicated parents is responsible for planning and organizing various fundrasiers and parent programs for our school. These funds are used to support teachers and students by providing resources for defraying the costs of field trips and class trips, such as Camp Wing in September and the Bridgewater State University campus visit in November. We are now also helping eighth grade students to raise money for their Washington, D.C. trip in May. We also provide for the Honors Breakfast, and are able to sell our School Spirit Wear at an affordable price.
