Pocahontas Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a caring, compassionate healthcare provider striving to meet the needs of citizens of Pocahontas, Arkansas, as well as Randolph County, Northeast Arkansas, and Southeast Missouri. Located at 105 Country Club Road, we are located across from Five Rivers Medical Center. We are a 97 bed facility who has been serving the needs of our community since the 1980's. Pocahontas Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was recently awarded the Five-Star Quality Rating by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
