Sweat Society is a HIIT concept that provides the thrill of a timed workout within a group fitness atmosphere. Our "go at your own pace" classes are proven to get members in the best shape of their lives. Whether lifting heavy vs. light or moving fast vs. slow, we motivate athletes based upon individual goals i.e. training for triathletes, weight loss, increase lean muscle mass, strength conditioning, improve cardio endurance.
