Poise is about Progression. It's not about where you start, it's about where you're going. We have developed an easily-accessible and highly effective routine that rotates through a fun and quick series of Strength, Cardiovascular and Functional Movements guaranteed to maximize your time and results. The routines change regularly, and are taught differently by each of our nationally-certified Teachers. Balance is our approach, Poise is our goal.
