Aloha! Come take a trip to Hawaii right here in the Glendale neighborhood. Poke - in Hawaiian, meaning to section, slice or cut - are chunks of raw fish cut into cubes and then marinated. At Poke Cafe, we serve quality, sushi-grade fish in a bowl on top of a variety of ingredients left to our guests. Our marinade is a special homemade blend meant to capture not only the cuisine but the sights, sounds and smells of Hawaii by pulling ingredients together that add greater depth to an amazingly simple dish.
