Pokirrito

Pokirrito is an original fast casual service concept from Chef Owner Junya Watanabe of award winning RakiRaki Ramen. A streamlined menu offers a variety of options for poke bowls and sushi burritos accompanied by Chef Junya’s famed Golden Ratio Poke Sauce. Poke bowl selections include options such as non-GMO white rice, brown rice and kale salad, topped with scoops of seasoned fresh seafood. There are also eight signature sushi burritos wrapped with seaweed and rice to choose from with ingredients including handline-caught tuna, fresh Alaskan salmon, spciy tuna, krab meat and flame-fired teriyaki glazed chicken and beef. Beverages range from craft iced tea to Stumptown cold brew, wine, sake and Japanese and local craft beer.
