Pole dancing is a sport and skill! Pole dancing works the whole body as it takes extreme athleticism and incorporates gymnastics, ballet and modern dance movements.
We will teach you an endless variety of tricks, these include spins, static poses, climbs and inverts. They can then be choreographed into a dance routine.
This fun and exciting form of exercise can be enjoyed by anyone and everyone at any level of fitness!
