On-Time Arrival:

We ask that you arrive a few minutes before your appointment. For those arriving late, we will hold your spot for 15 minutes. We will make an effort to service late arrivals, but cannot guarantee services.

No-Show/Cancellation Policy:

We are considerate of our clients' time, please be considerate of ours. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call to cancel. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule you for an alternate time. For clients who no show, or do not cancel may require a deposit upon next requested appointment.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are not factored into prices. Gratuity is at the discretion of the client. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we expect you to tell us! We want to know so that we can try our best to satisfy your needs!
