Our shop features Wagyu and Angus beef that are fed and finished on grass and hay. We also serve 'Heritage Breed' pork consisting mainly of Berkshire and Red Wattle genetics. The hogs are fed an all-natural diet and finished on additional grains, fruit, or vegetables to sweeten the meat. The locality of our farm enables our animals to drink water sourced from Opal Springs.
All our meat is butchered and processed in our shop to ensure that our customers receive a premium product at a reasonable price.
