We cook great BBQ. We use oak and apple to smoke with. Pulled pork and Brisket are our best sellers. We use St. Louis cut of ribs. We trim the ribs and run rib tips as daily specials. We cook traditional Texas brisket. World champion Chicken Bog. Our fried chicken is amazing. Hand butchered and dredged in our top secret flour mix. We hit it with a coat of dry rub when finished.
