Pork & Pickle is a concept that was designed by HMSHost to fit into the unique environment of an airport. The in-house smoker is specially designed airport feature that was developed to fit the needs and regulations of an airport space.

Fusing the contemporary and the traditional, Pork & Pickle is a dynamic yet comfortable venue that incorporates accents of dark woods, perforated steel, vintage brick and antique barn wood siding.

Pork & Pickle is known as one of the few restaurants in an airport that smokes all their meats in an on-site smoker to give guests an authentic wood-smoked barbecue experience.

The name Pork & Pickle reflects gastropub and foodie culture with the use of two important items to the scratch cooking, flavor-filled gastropub movement - succulent pork meat and salty fresh-canned pickles.
