The Port Orchard Pavilion lies in the heart of downtown Port Orchard on the corner of Bay St. and Frederick Ave. It is just across from the Port Orchard Marina with plenty of parking, a quick step away from the Bremerton-Port Orchard ferry, and a short boardwalk stroll from a beautiful park.

It is our pleasure to open our doors to you and your guests! We are a privately owned and operated event facility. We do not currently provide setup or cleanup so that’s why we are able to keep our prices so low in comparison to other event venues. People rent our space and use our supplies as needed, then return all items to our standard setup once the event is over. This keeps the costs down for us, and you!! On-site, we are able to provide tables, chairs, fully stocked kitchen, audio/visual equipment, projector and screen, pianos, television, dance floors, games, pool tables, ping-pong, and SO MUCH MORE!

FAQ's

Booking Your Event:
If you would like to rent space at the Pavilion, please call and speak with one of our staff members to check for date and time availability. Once the date and time is tentatively chosen, we place your information into our calendar as “pending”, if anyone else is interested in the same time we will call you first to find out if you would like to finalize your booking. To finalize the rental, we must receive the security deposit and the signed contract. The final balance for the event is due 7 days prior to the event date.

Food:
We do not have contractual obligations with any local caterer, so you are welcome to bring in your own food or a caterer of your choosing. We do have a well-stocked kitchen (not commercial rated) with three ovens, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, multiple coffee makers, toaster, microwave, pots and pans, chafing dishes, serveware, dishware, that are all included for your use if you have rented the Whole Building or Main Floor.

Alcohol:
We do permit you to bring your own alcohol with your purchase of the $10 Washington State banquet permit (see our Helpful Links tab for a link to the State website listing permit application details) and with no further corkage charges by us. Often your caterer can provide the bartender. Alcohol service must end one hour before your event scheduled end time. Alcohol may also be catered-in by any business licensed by Washington State to serve in such a manner (such as your caterer). All Washington State alcohol serving laws must be followed.

Music and Dancing:
With Whole Building or Main Floor space rental, you are welcome to use our professional sound system and microphones on the Main Floor. The Main Floor is often used for dancing and can accommodate a DJ, live bands or musicians, etc.
