Porterville Emblem Club #82

Who?
Members must be a citizen Of the United States of America and be at least sixteen (16) years of age. A prospective member must be sponsored by an Emblem Club member and by a member of the Elks.

What?
Members may serve on any committee and may be elected to office. Loyalty to the Emblem Club is expected and each member is expected to support Club projects.

When?
Meetings are held once each month except July and August. When appropriate a second meeting is held and may be a social or a fund raising event.

Why?
